If you're looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

At SPRTSGRLS, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in small batches. Because of this, our return policy is intentionally structured to maintain quality while supporting our customers.

Returns

We accept returns for store credit only on eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be requested within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached

Once your return is approved and received, you will be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size adjustments only, based on availability.

If your desired size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Limited release or capsule collection items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Accessories (including hats, unless defective)
  • Any worn or damaged items

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To begin the process, please follow these steps:

  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
    • Reason for return/exchange
  3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days
  4. If approved, you will receive return instructions

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • SPRTSGRLS is not responsible for lost or delayed returns

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include photos and your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Processing Time

Once your return is received:

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing
  • Store credit will be issued via email

Many SPRTSGRLS pieces feature delicate embellishments and premium materials. Please handle with care to preserve the integrity of your garment.
