At SPRTSGRLS, each piece is thoughtfully prepared and packaged with care. We aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality and attention to detail our brand is known for.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays
  • During new collection launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered as a flat rate.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if selected)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

This will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

We primarily ship via:

  • UPS (when applicable)

Carrier selection may vary based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

SPRTSGRLS is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, SPRTSGRLS is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
